Where can I have a romantic evening picnic (wine & snacks) in Los Angeles, preferably the west side? - wine picnic bag

I try, my friend at a time when I have done nothing for them last quite a while. I wish I could have privacy and still have a good view of either the city, sea, star, or a combination. She is very athletic and not a good idea to have more than 5-10 minutes.
