Most commercial dishwasher Lime should meet once a month or so. Unless there is a very large number of water filtration and purification, then you should. Everything that exists is the residue of minerals in water that evaporates into the machine. Accumulate calcium may not movable parts able to move themselves. You can block the jets of water spray to prevent it. I had a machine in a restaurant dish that I assumed it was covered with lime, if it solved. It is cheaper to come deliming round once or twice a month, depending on the water, then with a repair company and fix it. To do this, only grow a rack on his head and enough to start the machine. Place about 1 / 2 liters of Lime-A-Way "(available from Ecolab), and allow the device for about twenty minutes to operate. Rinse and drain the engine very well. Good luck.

I wrote from another site, after finding dozens of washing dishes in a "cycle of calcium release, but nothing for the units that do not. Here is a beginning and a website. I'll keep looking. Hey is good question, I'm confused, but rarely has me.

"De-liming the dishwasher and glass: This method is
dual purpose of cleaning dishes and the elimination of the white
mineral waste glass. Place all jars in
Dishwasher and a container with 1-1/2 cups of bleach
in the background. Do not add detergent, the dishwasher. Use the dishwasher
through cycles of washing and rinsing, but not the drying cycle. Then, delete
Bowl and 1-1/2 cups of white vinegar and run the dishwasher
through the wash, rinse and dry cycles. If you're a heavy mineral --
Accumulation, you must do this several times, then runs a
Cleaning bimonthly or monthly, depending on what your
Needs. "
