If the name that has already been selected, why not keep the spelling of her? [Green-Green-Bea or BEA]

Although I do not understand why you can not use the same name, for a completely different company. Check with the local industry and commerce.

Under his jurisdiction. In many places, the notes only to certain categories of companies (McDonald's could get a brand of fast-food, but does not mean the raw material that a hardware store can legally be declared for McDonalds). These types of marks) are from country to country, so that he consult a lawyer for advice (or Google.

If the Company embroidered trademark of your business-class, then you are probably Sol with this name. However, attention, according to the laws in your area including names like (as suggested Shep) could be considered an offense (for example, when a trademark of McDonald's has his name in the form of "junk food" and a pizza take-all open sued MacDonald received as I am very likely to).

Frankly, the IP is both complex and controversial, we should talk to a lawyer. Often, patent attorneys provide an initial free consultation to the yellow pages open and give rise to some.
